We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in securing MSP contracts to join our team.Job Description: We are looking for a talented Sales Manager with expertise in securing Managed Service Provider (MSP) contracts within the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and business development, with a focus on building and nurturing relationships with MSP partners and clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the MSP segment.
  • Identify and target potential MSP partners, including VMS platforms, MSP providers, and end clients with MSP programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officers, and stakeholders within MSP organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters, account managers, and operations, to develop tailored staffing solutions that meet MSP client needs and requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the MSP space.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the staffing industry, with a focus on MSP contracts.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and securing MSP contracts with Fortune 500 companies and large enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of MSP/VMS platforms, contract staffing models, and workforce management solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
