R25 000 to R36 000 a month + Commission

A leading provider of filtration solutions for Industrial, Process Plant, and Mining applications, specializing in technical textiles such as Filter Cloths, is looking for a dedicated Technical Sales Representative to join their Team. From their factory based in Honeydew, they serve clients across South Africa and neighbouring countries. The position requires a results-driven Technical sales representative to drive revenue growth, expand customer acquisition, and enhance profitability by offering tailored solutions to their valued customers
A Degree or Diploma in business or a related field such as Mechanical Engineering, Chemical etc
Proven work experience as a Technical Sales Representative
Must be a team player
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Duties and Responsibilities:
Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Performing cost-¬benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-¬benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyse the market’s potential, and track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and continuously improve through feedback
