Job Summary

Ameziel Inc. is the North American arm of our parent company Ziel Technologies, a global billion dollar player in the KD furniture industry. Our umbrella brand Songmics Home includes 3 brands; furniture brand VASAGLE, home organization brand SONGMICS, and Pet furniture brand FEANDREA. Our family of brands are sold globally online and at retail stores in North America, Europe, Asia and Middle East.

Currently we are seeking to hire a talented and ambitious Sales Assistant that wants to grow with our company.This position will provide administrative support to the Sales Director, and will be responsible for all organizational and administrative tasks. The main responsibility will be to keep all accounts up to date and organized including filing of all account info. Under supervision will be responsible for preparing sales presentation, conducting market research as needed, will work closely with the sales director on sales calls and presentations, take notes and follow up after the meetings. This position requires a can do attitude, willingness to listen and learn, problem solve and must be extremely detail oriented.

General Accountabilities

· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, preparing sales reports and presentations, and responding to customer inquiries

· Ensure all accounts are up to date and organized and that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately

· Attend meetings and take notes as needed

· Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure timely delivery of products or services

· Provide regular reports and updates to the sales team and management

· Complete other tasks as assigned by management

Job Qualifications

· 1-2 years of sales, sales administrative or customer service experience

· Strong organizational and administrative skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

· Experience with Microsoft Office, good at digital filing

· Preparing presentations under direction

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Ability to take direction and problem solve to get the job done

· Must be able to navigate online platforms, diligent in researching and learning

· Ability, curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms

+PLUS

· Experience in Graphic Design, or photoshop is a plus

· Having experience at a furniture/home/lifestyle company is a plus

· Logistics experience
