Job description: Senior Helpers, the fastest-growing non-medical home care provider for Seniors, is opening in the Encino, CA area and looking for an Office Intern. This is a part-time position in Encino, CA.Responsibilities:
  • Support the President with Outlook calendar management, scheduling meetings and general administrative tasks
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Work on special projects as needed
  • Assist with planning of corporate events
  • Prepare Excel spreadsheets, Word documents and Power Point presentations
  • Assist HR and Client Development with employer branding and recruiting
  • Candidates must be currently pursuing a BS in Business Administration
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
This internship is a part-time UNPAID position. 20-25 hours/week. Times have some flexibility dependent on the chosen student’s schedule. We will provide any documentation for the student to receive school credit.
