We are currently seeking to fill the Licensed Vocational Nurse Supervisor Position to oversee our LVN’s in Fresno, Madera, Merced, Modesto, Kings, Tulare, and Kern Counties including All Surrounding Areas.

Quarterly Bonus Based On Productivity! Ability to earn a six figure salary!

Must have previous supervisory experience.

Experience in home health is required.

Additional assigned duties will include:

1. Review and audit productivity of LVNs to ensure clinicians are efficient and abuse does not occur.

a. Identify, document, and immediately report any and all abuse of the time clock and/or suspicious productivity-related items to upper management for reconciliation, and assist in any related disciplinary action or termination.

2. Interviewing, hiring, and orienting newly hired nursing staff.

3. Check the past-due box daily for all late LVNs notes, send out notes accordingly.

4. Review LVN schedules daily to ensure equal visit distribution and efficiency.

5. Complete 30, 60, 90, and annual LVN evaluations, as well as evaluations when issues arise and PIPs are indicated.

6. Attend quarterly QAPI meetings and provide relevant statistics regarding productivity compliance, retention, and other factors.

7. Perform nursing functions as related to patient care when needed.

8. Communicate with upper management to review, revise, and evaluate processes to promote efficiency.

9. Revolve conflicts timely and professionally, seeking amicable solutions.

10. Demonstrates clear knowledge of home health structure, compliance, standards, procedures, and protocols.

Complete other duties as assigned by the ADON or DPCS

Requirements: * Current LVN License for the State of California
  • Active Drivers License with active auto insurance coverage
  • Current CPR
  • Ability to provide proof of immunizations
