Job description: Job Summary:
EB is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist working remotely from home in Los Angeles, California. This is a full-time, salaried position within our Human Resources department. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our HR systems, ensuring a high level of data integrity and confidentiality. You will have the opportunity to work independently while also collaborating with our HR team to support our business operations.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary of $35 per hour, paid weekly. Responsibilities:
– Accurately and efficiently enter employment data such as new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits information into our HR systems
– Maintain a high level of data integrity and confidentiality at all times
– Audit and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness
– Collaborate with our HR team to identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues
– Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed
– Stay updated on HR policies, procedures, and system updates
– Communicate with HR team members and employees to gather missing information or clarify data as needed
– Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state labor laws, to ensure compliance

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in HR or related field preferred
– 2-3 years of data entry experience, preferably in a Human Resources setting
– Proficiency in using HR information systems and MS Office, with strong Excel skills
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
– Must have a dedicated, quiet home workspace with reliable internet connection
