Job description: The primary responsibility of the Admin Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Project Management team to ensure efficient office operations throughout multiple departments. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented and skilled in developing and maintaining workplace relationships.Lusardi Construction is a full-service general contractor with a commitment to craftsmanship and excellence since 1958. We offer competitive benefits, onsite fitness center and more!This is a full-time position, M-F with the working hours of 7:30am – 4:30pm located in our Dublin, CA office.Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare and manage outgoing shipping for GSO, FedEx and Certified Mail request
  • Maintain fully stocked copiers
  • Maintain office organization and filing
  • Assist with watering plants, placing lunch orders and coordination of events
  • Assist with copying / scanning of bid binders and documents
  • Assist with plan ordering and coordination
  • Manage supply orders
  • Maintain saving of miscellaneous documents to server
  • Update various spreadsheets
  • Help purge projects and update logs
  • Assist with creating project files and binders
  • Help with running errands as needed
  • Day to day operations in Procore such as;
  • Assist with special projects within different departments as needed

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, Outlook and multiline phone system
  • Experience with Procore a plus
  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience a plus
  • Previous Construction experience a plus
The pay range for this position of employment is expected to be between $24.00/hour and $29.00/hour. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
