We jointly express and promote our commitment under the corporate brand THE KAITEKI COMPANY.Job PurposeThe Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative support for Human Resources, Safety, and Operations. The Administrative Assistant is flexible, able to take direction, works intuitively to support department goals and objectives, and helps to foster a positive workplace environment for all employees,Principal Accountabilities
  • Assist with payroll on a bi-weekly basis. Maintain payroll records.
  • Basic knowledge of HR laws.
  • Liaising with Human Resources as needed.
  • Assists with the onboarding and orientation of new hires and temporary employees.
  • Primary facility contact with vendors for all procuring for repairs, parts and supplies for warehouse and office.
  • Accounts Payable coordination with corporate office.
  • Safety Glasses/Shoes/Uniform /Key Card administration.
  • Organize meeting functions for visitors.
  • Manage scheduling with guests & vendors.
  • Assist with review of manufacturing processes.
  • Process monthly site newsletter for distribution.
  • Assist EHS on making sure that all required safety reporting is completed monthly.
  • Kaiteki (recycling programs)/Safety & PEO Committee.
  • Actively engage in and facilitate local audits.
  • Other responsibilities as designated.
#LI-DNPKnowledge / Skills / Experience
  • Associate degree in a related field.
  • 3-5+ years administrative professional or related experience. Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and/or related computer programs.
  • Payroll experience. 3- 5+ years (ADP, Workforce Now/Pay Expert, HRB, ADP Reporting, and Enterprise E-time/Workday).
  • 3-5+ years purchasing/procurement experience.
  • Maintains a commendable attendance record, setting an example for others.
  • Must be able to multi-task and plan/prioritize work.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • The salary range for this position is $21-$24. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
